I am an odd person. I love books, break out into dance randomly, and gesture wildly when I speak with friends.

PIGEONS in my life (April)

Today as the Idiosyncrat and I were returning home after visiting the saturday market we saw an amazing PIGEON. Her chest was white with mottled flecks of tan. Her head was mostly white with black spots and a stripe of black over her right eye. She had dark wings with white spots in an intriguing reverse of her head. When we saw MOTTLED GOD PIGEON she was perched very calmly and observing the world passing below her. We also saw a broken egg not far from where she was sitting so I think she may have eggs in a nest. Next year we may see some MOTTLED DEMIGOD PIGEONS! How cool would that be!

Of No Concern to PIGEONS (College 2)

As of this month I have decided to attend Worcester Polytechnic Institute. YAY!

PIGEON of April

Happy Easter everyone! We have a very fancy PIGEON of the month for April. Please welcome the YELLOW FOOTED GREEN PIGEON! This PIGEON has a yellow-green neck, back, wings and tail. The top of its head, the tip of its tail, and its chest are a brown-grey color. It is native to South Asia and eats lots of different fruit.

PIGEONS in my Life (March)

As my friend the Idiosyncrat and I were looking up a PIGEON of March we came across this rather amazing picture. You see here a ROCK PIGEON and a Red Squirrel battling over some seeds. Now in my personal opinion the BATTLER GOD PIGEON will win hands down but I do admit that I am biased. The Idiosyncrat favors the Blood Demon Squirrel of Death. Either way enjoy the picture.

PIGEON of March

Hey sorry it's a little late but here is the PIGEON of the month for March. The CARRIER PIGEON was used with great success in both world wars. As St. Patricks day was celebrated this month it seemed only fittting to have an Irish PIGEON of the month. And what better PIGEON to honor than Paddy the CARRIER PIGEON. Paddy is the only Irish PIGEON to be awarded the Dicken Medal for bravery. Paddy made a flight from Normandy to Carnlough, France to Ireland, in a record breaking 4 hours and 50 minutes. Go Paddy!
